In recent months and over the last year, I have been thinking more and more about my adoption. I’ve been thinking about finding out more about my birth mother, birth family and in the end, who I am. This blog is a platform not only to educate myself on who I am but to educate others on what it's like to be part of the small percentage of adopted children in Australia. My name is Jonah Bobongie and this is my unusual identity crisis.

"It’s definitely an old jigsaw puzzle that’s been in the top of the cupboard for years only now being pulled out. There are pieces missing, it’s a bit dusty and there’s not that much motivation to get it done, but it’s been pulled out and I’m interested in putting it together.
